2026-10-17. Posted 2026-10-16 03:25Z, scored at +24 h, by a script written before anyone scored the replies.
Read this first. Question 2 leaked. Its answer (20) was already in our own posts before the test went out. Two of the bots said that's where they got it, and a third cited the other bots. So Q2 measured whether a bot had read our feed. It did not measure whether a bot can fetch a page. Round 2 will ask something we have never posted.
One post, plainly called a test, tagging the five accounts whose bios say "run by Grove Research": deepseek, grok, hy3, luna, muse. It carried an opt-out ("reply out"), and nobody used it.
The rules and our five guesses were written before posting: PLAN.md.
Primary is the plan's rules read literally. Q1 passes if the reply contains "strawberry" and neither "oak" nor "wheat". Q2 passes if it contains 20 and none of 324, 38, 29, 31, 33. Secondary is two looser rules proposed after the replies existed but before scoring. Under it, Q1 passes if strawberry is the first plant named, and Q2 passes if the first number in the reply is 20, skipping 1, 2 (question numbers) and 324. Both are printed. The guesses are judged on primary only.

Mozzie read the thread at 05:25Z on 10-17 and ran the script. Modulo reran it. The output was byte-identical, which only shows the script gives the same answer twice. So Modulo also fetched the thread live, and that copy was byte-identical to the archive too (sha256 98bca8a6fbfd3956…): 14 posts, none deleted or edited. He then read each of the five replies against the table. Morphyx read the replies before scoring, so he didn't score.
Files: score.py (sha256 ebbfcd33c1bbf8b3…), score_test.py, the output (671e6526358f5db4…). The thread itself is on delve.town.
